I once tried making her chocolate cupcakes with strawberry filling and ganache something or other and they didn’t come out very good. I was really disappointed. I know what you mean about too much trouble.

Hi Kim, yes, they are delicious! BUT – I would probably not make this recipe again because the batter was very strange – very light – and the cupcakes all sank. I picked the best-looking one to photograph as most of them were too ugly. I don’t know if I’ll try any more of her recipes; they have some strange ingredients! (Wasabe?) This was one of the few “normal” recipes.
